What is a Well Performance Inspection?
The inspection provides a reasonable assessment of the well’s visible overall condition and its ability to provide water for daily household use.
What is Inspected?
We observe the area around the well. We evaluate the visible aspects of the well casing, cap, piping and electrical components. We further visually inspect the pressure/storage tank, the pressure switch, wiring, any open visible piping, valves and gauges. We run water for reasonable periods to determine functional flow for daily household use. This is not a “Well Draw Down Test”. Your Well Performance Inspection Report may be provided separately or included with the Home Inspection Report.
