A wood destroying insect inspection evaluates the presence of wood destroying insects including termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and beetles The inspection takes 20 to 45 minutes to perform.
Inspections are conducted according to NPMA, the National Pest Management Association, standards. We investigate the home’ structure for signs of previous or current wood destroying insect infestation, look for signs of prior treatment for infestations and determine whether a building requires treatment to eliminate current activity. Our findings are reported on Form NPMA-33, a FHA/VA approved inspection report.
